Tammeron Karaim my first one thousand dollars

What do you “do”?

I am Inspirational Storytelling Business Mentor who supports and guides entrepreneurs that are going through HUGE SHIFTS in their business. I hold the space for them so that they find the COURAGE to move into the unknown by sharing my personal stories of the many challenges I have encountered. I teach them how to use very simple yet effective spiritual and holistic practices to realign all aspects of themselves in preparation for their own greatness.

How did your online business journey begin?

When I decided to walk out of my physical business of running a small store where I sold organic vegan hand made food.

Where did you get the GUTS to start your own business?

Every job I had as a young woman taught me that I stood out and I was different from my co-workers, who would often come to me for advice. My original business start
ed when I decided to become a certified Health and Wellness Coach back in 2005. I found my calling of just being able to support people and I was very drawn to the emotional body that we cannot see but the biggest part of my evolution was just sharing what I was learning about myself. I started writing my memoir, sharing my personal stories with my clients and I found my voice doing a live radio show for 4 1/2 years. business.

In early 2017 I decided to build an online business I joined [Lin’s coaching] program. It started as a  28-day beta program in April. I sold the program for $96 to someone who who also wanted private coaching calls. He paid me for 3 private calls within 28 days ($1500). The opportunity I took away from this was to design different levels of play to offer people. I am now running the same 28 day program, but I have added 2 more Levels and different versions of it. It is now the foundation of my online school that I have wanted to launch.

What has been your biggest “money hurdle” and how do you deal with it?

My biggest money hurdle was to overcome deep belief that I was never enough. It was created by living a life where I was raised in shame. I think this is a universal consciousness that many of us are moving through. I don’t blame my parents or f
amily for this, I think it is much bigger than that.

What other challenges do you face as an entrepreneur and how do you deal with them?

Trying to do everything myself. I realize in the beginning I had to do everything myself in order to realize what I love to do. The next step was to decide what I needed to let go of and to ask for help in the areas that I don’t enjoy. This is where I am now at today, creating my monthly newsletter and asking to partner with other entrepreneurs who can fill the gap for me.

Where are you at in your business today and where do you want to be a year from now?

A year from today, I want to have my Online School completely up and running, my first book published and get paid to speak and promote my work. I would love to travel around the world while continuing to share my stories.

What systems, habits, or “tricks of the trade” do you use to help you move forward on a daily basis?

I try different things but everything is somehow related to very basic elements that keep my energy strong. (This is actually the foundation of my 28 day program) I enjoy meditation, journaling, walking in nature, using prayers and preparing hand made food. These are all things that I absolutely love and even if it is only 10 minutes a day of each at some point, it just reminds me of how much I love my life. It is so simple but it is the truth. I make time for the little things.

What is the gutsiest thing you’ve ever done in your life?

I have a huge list! The scariest thing I have ever done was actually facing my ex-husband to tell him that I was leaving him. I realize now that this gave me the BIGGEST leap for THE REAL COURAGE that I needed to become an entrepreneur. It took me a few years, but it pushed me to believe in myself.

What is the gutsiest thing you’ve ever done as an online business owner?

Sharing the true stories of my challenges on Facebook LIVE videos each week. I share the rawness and it just draws people in like a magnet.

If you were to start all over again, what might you do differently?

To develop my business in stages over time and not put myself in debt. Find a balance to make the money first and then use a portion to build my business one stage at a time.
